POM POM LONDON SAMPLE SALE INFO:
- We offer a selection of End of line / Sample & Seconds bags at discounted prices.
- End of line are products which we have stopped producing for the moment. This may be a colour or a design.
- Sample products are bags which we have had made before producing.
- Seconds bags may have minor imperfections such as incorrect personalisation, creased leather, glue stains, marks on leather or zippers. Despite these minor flaws, the bags are still functional and stylish.
- We expect our customers to exercise their statutory rights in a responsible manner.

We expect customers to only return items if they are not as described.
- All online End of line / Sample & Seconds sale purchases are strictly for personal consumption only.
- Due to the nature of End of line / Sample & Seconds sales, prices may change.
- End of Line / Sample & Seconds bags do not qualify for 365 day warranty.
UK SHIPPING:
All orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days of placing the order (although most are dispatched the same day).
Our business working days are Monday-Friday. No orders will be sent during the weekend. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent the following working day.
- Orders over £50: FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 days)
- Order below £50: Royal Mail 2nd Class (£2.95) (2-3 days)
We have partnered with Royal Mail to offer a Tracked service on all orders, so you can follow the progress of your order and get a time slot for delivery.
RETURNS:
Please note that products sold as "seconds," "imperfect," or with minor flaws are clearly described and priced accordingly. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept that they may have cosmetic imperfections such as marks, scratches, or other minor flaws, which have been disclosed in the product description.
As these products are sold at a discounted price due to their condition, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any imperfections once the purchase is completed.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, particularly regarding faulty or misdescribed items. If the product is found to be significantly different from the description or is not fit for purpose, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
